Practice stillness...Just Be
Yes,we are sad to not be in the studio, practicing with all of the energy our yogis bring to the room! We know many of you are missing your home studio, WHYOGA, or
wherever you practice. While it is challenging to develope a home practice, we all need to do so at this time. We must keep our hearts open, our thoughts grounded, our bodies strong and pain free. WHYOGA will be posting practices from 30 minutes to one hour over the next few days. Currently they are on Facebook but we will be offering other means as well. Take time for yourself...to practice your yoga, but also to simply find some beauty in stillness and peace in just being. Just imagine how good it is going to feel to get back into a studio with a live instructor!
