Welcome! As we come back to the studio and back to our practice, we need to do so with much attention. Attention to our bodies in every sense of the word. Physically, being mindful about where we are in our practice. Mentally, we must feel safe enough to be able to get onto our mats and truly be present, in order to receive the greatest benefit from our efforts. Whyoga is going to do all we can to help you.
